Thomas Kingsley Justice Lebbie

Thomas Kingsley Justice Lebbie is an accomplished researcher, social worker, feminist, and disability rights activist from Sierra Leone with over eight years of experience in gender inclusion, education, peacebuilding, and advocacy. His professional journey is distinguished by his commitment to community-based, inclusive development, electoral management, and advancing the rights of women, girls, and persons with disabilities.

Thomas has played a pivotal role in policy decision-making, advocacy, and youth empowerment programming, utilising his strong skills in planning, communication, and data analysis. He has made significant contributions to promoting peace and security, respect for human rights, and the rule of law in Sierra Leone. His research on child protection, especially his paper on the educational impact of regional trading, has influenced national policy changes and improved school retention rates.

He is the founder and co-founder of several influential organisations, including the Mano River Youth Network, Girls’ Parliament, and the Global Youth Network for Peace. Thomas has also led national campaigns and hosted major youth conferences, strengthening the capacity of community and youth-led groups through successful grant-making initiatives.

His achievements have been recognised with numerous awards, such as Best Activist of the Year and Youth Lead Ambassador. As CEO of TOMDACT SL Limited and Faith Limitless Multimedia, he combines social enterprise with advocacy to create a lasting impact. As a Youth Advisory Board member, Thomas brings his expertise, advocacy, and passion for social justice to advance the vision of the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective.
