How to apply for AU-EU Youth Action Lab Grants
Click on Grants then select the correct Grants type for your organisation.
Read through all the information provided and scroll down to the How to Apply section.
Ensure you read the Funding Manual, Budget Template, and Sample Application, available in English, French and Portuguese.

Please ensure you are registering for the correct grant type and language because you will only be able to apply to one grant type per funding round.
When you are ready to start your application, click on APPLY NOW in your preferred language.
You will be directed to a form to register for the online portal, ON Grip. Here you can check the eligibility criteria and input your organisational contact details.
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to the Community Portal of ON Grip.
You will receive an email with a link to set your password on the ON Grip Community Portal.
The main area you will need to apply is ‘My Applications’, you can disregard the other tabs.
To apply, an applicant should open the tab ‘My Applications’.
In this tab, there is an empty application form waiting for you to complete.
Click on the link with your application. On this screen in the ‘Details’ tab, you will see your organisational information and the Mandatory Budget Template for downloading.
If you click on the ‘Narrative’ tab, you will see the application form where you can fill in your answers. Ensure you answer all mandatory questions.
Please fill out all the questions in the application form.
Double check all your answers and click on ‘Submit’ once you are finished. You won’t be able to edit your application after you submit.
Once you submit your application, the Application Stage section on the Details tab will update live as we review your project. The final decision will also be made available on this page.
Once a decision is made about your application, you will see the result in the ‘Application Stage’ section.
