Kabore Wendkouni Flora

Kabore Wendkouni Flora is a dedicated youth leader and social activist from Burkina Faso. She holds a degree in English and is currently pursuing her second year of a master’s in project management at the Aube Nouvelle University. In parallel with her academic pursuits, Flora works as an intern at BCEF Ingénierie SARL, focusing on monitoring and evaluation of projects. Her engagement in civil society is marked by active involvement in multiple associations, including her voluntary role as report writer and activity evaluator for the Association Koura.

Flora’s commitment to community development is reflected in her participation in the Social Equity entrepreneurial incubation project, funded by the Zurich Foundation in partnership with Junior Achievement, where she organised and facilitated boot camp sessions, earning formal recognition from the association GEFED. Her leadership capabilities were further enhanced through specialised training in leadership and entrepreneurship, aimed at empowering women in Francophone Africa. Flora’s humanitarian interests have led her to support health initiatives targeting children, particularly in seasonal chemo prevention and malnutrition detection. Her passion for associative life is matched by a continual pursuit of knowledge and personal growth, demonstrated by her dedication to reading and lifelong learning.

As a member of the Youth Advisory Board, Flora combines her academic expertise, hands-on experience in community projects, and a deep-rooted commitment to humanitarian values, making her a valuable advocate for inclusive development and youth empowerment within the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective.
