Sheik Ahmed Sesay
Sheik is an Accountant and he has served as a Trainer for Afriqia and Craft where he contributed to rolling out Entrepreneurship and Employability training for the Skills Development Project through the World Bank, all around the country. He Served as a youth panellist for the government ministry of youth affairs on the youth challenge fund program.
Why did you want to be involved in the YAL project as YAB?
I wanted to be involved in the Youth Action Lab project as a Youth Advisory Board member because I am passionate about empowering young people and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. By being part of this initiative, I can help shape policies and practices that directly impact the lives of young people.
How did you see the future of the AU-EU Labs?
I see the future of the AU-EU Labs as a vibrant and dynamic platform that continues to empower young people and drive positive change. The Labs will evolve to address emerging challenges and opportunities, leveraging the creativity and energy of youth to develop innovative solutions.
